Magna Science Adventure Centre
This multi award winning science adventure centre used to be a steel foundry, now it's a national attraction that does lots of hospitality and corporate functions. The Executive chef Stephen Harrison is at the top of his game and this award winning chef thinks nothing of doing meals for 500 guests at functions each evening.
Magna has some brilliant things to do, it's a great family day out.

Mellow Yellow Oils
Duncan Farrington is a farmer from Northampton that began producing a rape seed oil a few years ago. Some of the top chefs in the country use his products. Michelin star chefs such as Adam Gray at Rhodes24, Sat Bains in Nottingham, Peter Gordon, James Martin and Nigella Lawson use his products. Mellow Yellow have some beautiful dressings such as Blackberry Vinegar dressing, and as Duncan says, "How more British can you get!"

This hotel has the Victory pub and kitchen, Café Copra and the Verve grill restaurant, altogether including conference and events, serves over 100,000 meals a year. They operate a great Food Safety Management System that includes HACCP principles. The general manager Andrew Lee puts the success of his hotel down to great customer service and fanatical food safety procedures. Food training for Andrew’s staff is at the forefront for this hotel.
